In May my friend
Kerani was able to visit with her daughter Lauren for a few days who is close in age to Zion.
Kerani and I used to have lots of fun together growing up and she now happens to live down the street from my parents. Zion loved having someone to play with and they got along quite well. The would talk to each other like they knew exactly what the other one was saying. It was
really funny to watch. I was so glad they were able to come and that we got spend time with them. Here they are running away from us after the beach. They look guilty don't they?

For some reason on this trip to the beach Zion decided to develop a temporary aversion to sand just to make things difficult. She did not want sand on her hands or feet.
